FS 1992 k75S Indianapolis area

$1,600.

I bought this bike last fall.  Previous owner had disassembled it to paint and detail but couldn't complete.  He had the tank repaired, it's fresh and clean inside with a brand new bottom. I put it together over the winter to make sure everything worked.  It has split riding duties with my other bikes since spring and works beautifully, but as it turns out, I'm just not that into it.  Another Ducati followed me home and I can no longer deny the Italians my full attention. I hope one of you guys will love this bike, it should be a keeper.

The good:

25k miles
Starts and runs perfectly
Less than 500mi on Metzler Lasertecs
ABS works, although I haven't emergency tested
I believe po put new brake pads all around
New battery spring of 18
New fuel pump holder and in-tank hoses
New fuel filter
New BMW grips
New halogen headlight bulb
Corbin seat
City cases plus top box
Extra new oil filter, clutch cable, brake pads, misc

The bad:

Fuel tank stripped of paint at bottom
Clock doesn't seem to work
Small rock chip hole in headlight
Seat showing some wear
Steering head bearings feel notchy to me
Title lists mileage as exempt.  Bike was sold to me as having a legit 25k miles, and based on the condition I chose to trust the seller.
No keys for luggage
I'm not sure how to mount the top case, may be missing a piece

I'd like cash, will consider trades, will assist in shipping. Struggling to get more pics uploaded, please pm if interested, I can text or email more .

I don’t believe you.  Nobody has posted as a new member from the area today telling us how they plan to “build” it into less.

Trust me.  Had it not escaped last night I'd be posting pics of it on knobbies.  Speaking of, anybody need a set of off road tires in k75 size?
