GS-911 3 wire issue

hi everyone, i just bought a GS-911 for my 96 K1100LT. i installed the software and connected it to my bike, as soon as i try to check for codes in the PCM i get a box that pops up that says "an unhandled exception occurred". i was able to connect to ABS and check for codes. anyone have any ideas? i did send off an email to there support.

the software shows that the IGN is off, and there is batt voltage at pin 1. From what i can find the tool picks up Voltage at pin 1, maybe defective tool?  :dunno2:

guess that copy and past didnt work, but anyways they said there was a bug in the new up date and they gave me a link to an older version and now it works
