My wiring loom for abs ripped apart by tire, and now the bike won't start. Would like to know what options I have(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170614/67529b853cfe423be29fcf1bb8e9270a.jpg)

yes..define "does not start"
no power at all?
lights on starter no workee?
starter turns over, no ignition?
that kind of damage probably shorted a few things out and blew a fuse or two. have you checked all the fuses? go into the relay box and pull the two abs relays to cut power to some of the abs wires.
some of those destroyed wires could still be shorting. go through them all and fix, or cut the entire connector off cleanly a inch or to up from the damage.

I guess my question is, if I cut off the wiring loom, will the bike start? Or does the connector complete a circuit. My abs didn't work anyhow. So, I'm weighing out my options to cut it off or splice the entire loom and hide the connector, and thank you for your responses.

bike will run fine with the abs box unplugged, or cut out.
