I'm trying to figure out the correct final torque for my clutch nut (91 K 100 RS ) . Drake Smith has 36.9 (ft lbs ) for a K1100 which is part of his K 100 RS specs . My climber has 65 - 82 for a K100 or 37 - 74 for a K 1100 . Judging by the amount of force it took to break the nut loose , it felt like the nut was torqued to K 75 specs . Thanks

Nm, loosen it and then retighten to 50 Nm.
I have had no issues after doing it like that
Then there are the attached instructions from the K1 – K100RS16V BMW Workshop Manual from this site that has the patina of a Dead Sea scroll.

As I mentioned, that page is in the K1-K100RS16V BMW manual available for download in the Repair Guidance section's Master List for anybody who is interested. The manual also has useful exploded drawings of the bike's component systems.
As far as your having tried several searches, using the search technique described in the Motobrick Workshop section, try typing the following phrase in your browser's url window or a Google search window and view what it delivers. BMW K100 Manual site:motobrick.com
Using this site's Search window and typing BMW K100 Manual then choosing Entire forum delivers it as #8 in the list. If you chose Repair Guidance it is delivered as #3.
