Hmmm... Thanks for posting that, JO, but something doesn't look right.
The German words are too short, in fact, some of them are even shorter than the English translation! How can that be??? I thought that every technical term in German had to use every letter of the alphabet at least two times. :dunno

Defective—Missing essential vocabulary.Where are Feck and tragkorb?

I'm going to roll out and pick up trash along the road. Maybe I'll find a cast off Trakgorb, or enough Busch cans to by a coconut donut.

ooo dems fighting words for Johnny O...

That's a strange find. Too many errors to be a useful document though...
Benzinleitung = Kraftstoffleitung = fuel line, not fuel filter
Benzinfilter = Kraftstofffilter = fuel filter, not Benzinleitung...
Benzinpumpe = Kraftstoffpumpe = fuel pump
Exhaust = Auspuff, not Anspuff...
Benzinpumpe would be 'gas pump', not 'fuel pipe'...
There's more than one accepted translation for 'fuel' -- but 'Benzin' is 'gasoline' so that's not an accurate translation. 'Fuel' refers a liquid combustible used in internal combustion engines, so it could be diesel or gasoline. Kraftstoff is usually used for 'fuel'... Just sayin'...
No offense intended but that really should be up on the site -- too much of the information it provides is erroneous -- speaking as an ex-professional German language translator...

Kummerspeck (lit. grief bacon) -- weight you gained grieving over the news that repairs will cost way more than your Brick is worth.

A fine example is flittermousen = bat. Spelling may be wrong.
This one is useful when I have to tell my wife that she is bat shit crazy.....
-
I've used Kummerspeck already while consoling somebody. Thanks, John! It has a wider use than solely for repair bills; it has a calming effect when murmured softly.
-
Brad-man,
If you're crazy enough to tell your wife she's bat-shit crazy then you must be bat-shit crazy, too! I wouldn't swim in those waters, personally speaking :mbird
-
this translates to shazbot. I can only wonder wtf is going on here.

gummipuffer = rubber grommet
