Hi again.
The red RS was nice, but it was stolen and left on the side. All of the plastic was damaged, and the motor had a crack under the timing cover. It had run 178.000km and the main seal was leaking and the clutch was bad.
I got my hand on another motor and started with this. Changed all seals, gasgets and o-rings on the motor. The seal on the gearbox was fine.
I hope i get the picures out in the right order, it has been a while since all of this :)

Changing simmering and clutch. Got a centering tool from motorworks. Bought a refurbished water/oil pump also from motorworks, mounted with liquid seal and new bolts.
Mounted starter and alternator with new rubber and new regulator.
-
Motor and gear back together with starter and alternator. Used 4 m6 studs to guide the gearboks back on the motor. Everything is mounted with torque specs from the manual.
-
Chopped the frame and removed all unnecessary parts. Welded some plugs in the back of the frame. Sandblasted and powdercoated black.
Moved the ignition switch down to the airbox.
-
New bearings and new bolts/nuts/retainers in the front end. Sandblasted and powdercoated upper/lower clamps.
New rubber airmanifolids and rubberbend from filterbox. Also the breeding hose from the motor is new.
Sorry if i sometimes mix some terms or name of parts. My Norwegian is better!

Handlebar from lokal partsdealer. Wanted a handlebar and not strap-ons because of comfort. New rubber mountings.
Everything on the handlebar is brand new. From rubbergrips to switches.
New exhaust coppergaskets.
Mounted headlight, blinkers and horns low/high frequenze.
Rims came back from powdercoating.
