Title: K75 tank lining/pinstripping silver 124 equivalent?
Post by: cycle thread on March 03, 2017, 06:35:45 PM
Hello,

Sorry its been a while since I last posted on here, still have the K75, been a few things to do, nearly there...

I am about to paint the replacement fuel tank, original rotted out, colour scheme is 648 Avus black with silver pinstripes/coach lining.

Phil Hawksley's site, bm bikes, lists the silver lining as silver 124, but I can't seem to find it listed with a readily available equivalent, can not even see the code 124 online at all!...

Would anyone know a good match?, or indeed the correct modern code?, I was hoping to be able to buy a rattle can, off the shelf, I brought the Avus black in Halfords.

Thanks in advance,

John

Oooooh, that's right down the road from me. That'll make for a nice destination this summer. Roads are twisty.
