My K1100LT was made in May 1992. Is it the 450w version? How do I check this?
Thanks
-
450w alternators have the fan on the outside, 700w alternators have the fan inside the case.
-
Unless it has already been upgraded yours will have the smaller alternator.

The feed into my 600sqft shop is 600V 100A 3phase. Hmm ... a tad of overkill. :hehehe
-
greetings...
if my canadican to usa conversion is correct... that would be 1.0 volts and 0.1 amps and 0.005 phases per sqft...
impressive... (https://www.google.com/search?q=great+white+north&rlz=1C1TSNP_enUS724US724&espv=2&biw=1094&bih=487&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&sqi=2&ved=0ahUKEwjVkYmyhpbSAhULzIMKHbxfCaEQsAQIRw)
