Looking to buy a binnacle cover -- part 5 in the attached. Maybe one of you Cafe guys can help me out.

I've got one but 2 of the tabs are broken off the inside.  Yours for postage

Bill, is yours missing or the victim of broken tabs?  If it is a broken top tab I have a fix that works pretty well, actually better than stock.  I can post a photo if you like.

Thanks Chaos, but that's the problem I already have -- busted tabs so the thing doesn't stay in place.

Bill, I used a cabinet door roller latch to fix mine.  The latch cost $2 and a couple of 4-40 screws with locknuts.

I installed the catch so the top of the roller is 15mm from the top edge of the cover.  Snaps in and out easily and holds nice and tight.

BTW, the cover makes a great place to mount your E-Z PASS.  Out of sight and works great.
