When I last ate at Humphries, I modified their ortega burger into a Jalapeno burger.  Added BBQ sauce and had 'em sear the cow, rare inside.  The jalapemos kept me awake all night, but it was one of the best burgers ever. If only they had a good dark beer on tap...
