I have been a motorcycle enthusiast since my first ride on a Honda at 13 years old. I have owned many different makes, models and sizes and now have my first BMW. Purchased wrecked but running on Craigslist on the cheap I now have most of the bugs worked out and like it enough I want to buy another one, newer and pristine!
I look forward to learning more about these wonderful machines from this great pool of knowledge!
More later

. . . wrecked but running . . .
Welcome, Gadgitman. That's how we make them here. You buy one that's pristine you'll have a hard time getting it running. :giggles
Let's have a group ogle at the bike and its blessed owner!

I would love to post pictures but I am afraid this is one of those sights that make it a bit of a pain.
I do post pictures of my bikes on my websites and on my google+ communities.
I don't like having to create another account on another website with another password just to put a picture up. Maybe one day I will have time to learn how to post a picture easily here like I did with my Dnepr on the Russian Iron forum.
Thanks

asylum from the land of OZ.
... every time I read that welcome I wonder ... shouldn't that be the 'land of cheese'?

Welcome!
It looks like you are coming down with a case of the Kpox. It all starts when you find out how pleasant they are to work on, and how well they respond to a little TLC. That they are so reasonably priced these days makes it hard to resist getting "just one more".

Cheese :dunno , we have pineapples, bananas, macadamias and sugar cane and a little bit of cheese. Shortly however we will have no OZ car industry as we stop making Holdens Commodores, Ford Falcons and Toyotas. :musicboohoo:

Cheese :dunno
Hmm ... what I meant to say is, the asylum isn't really from OZ, but rather it is/was based in Cheesekonson.
