Title: K11 Rides to the AMA Hall of Fame Museum
Post by: CrashBar on August 30, 2011, 07:34:31 AM
11 days from Boston to Niagara Falls via lake George and the Finger Lakes, down to Lake Arthur in western PA, over to Pickerington OH (outside Columbus), back via Allegany Park, a lap around the Adirondacks, a day of hurricane fun in Lake George, and then home to Boston dodging downed trees, flooded streams, and closed roads (including the fun parts of Rt 2).

Musuem was pretty cool, $5 with your AMA card. Just a few BMWs, no Ks. Highlight for me was Malcolm Smith's Husky 400 from On Any Sunday.

Of course the big LT ran great, first trip with my Johnny Blanket, very cool (literally) mod.

Camp Setup - 2 people for 11 days.  Tent, sleeping bags, mats, pillows in one bag, Mrs CB's stuff in the other, camping gear in the topcase, my stuff in the tankbag.

Looks like you had a fine time, Crashbar, thanks for sharing it with us. I'm surprised they didn't try to recruit your K for the HOF since they don't have any K's!?!? ???
