Title: Northern Ontario Autumn
Post by: kris on October 10, 2016, 07:19:58 PM
So, there must be a God! My family gathered in the Haliburton Highlands of Ontario (about 3+ hours north of Toronto) for Canadian Thanksgiving. My wife and kids drove...I got the OK to ride up. Ok, it's selfish. I know. But it's beautiful country up there - good pavement, gently winding and increasingly hilly roads. You might notice that my Beemer, Heinz, is not in the photo. It was Eddy's turn to go (04 Kawi Concours). Gotta tell ya' - she's also an excellent machine! Autumn colours are full on up there. My oldest boy and I even jumped in the lake (twice!) after a steamy sauna. How lucky are we all??

Super!! I love this part of Ontario.  My family commitments kept me in the city and off the bike this weekend.  Too bad for me.
