Title: Fuel pressure regulator mounting screws
Post by: Filmcamera on September 26, 2016, 10:54:38 AM
The fuel pressure regulator on my 1991 K100 RS 16v ABS was just sitting on top of the engine behind the not connected to anything.

After some searching I found out where it is supposed to fit

I looked on Max BMW to see what screws I need to attach it but they don't show a part number (nor do they show the mount as far as I can see)

Anyone know the type and size I need to reattach it?

The bracket for the FPR is mounted on TB bridge (existing screws is used), and sold together as one part.
The FPR is mounted to bracket with a fine thread nut M12x1,5mm.

I do have the bracket - it is attached to the FPR - but the screws in the TB bridge are not there - it is the size and type of them I need.

Remove one from the center bracket and measure it........I would guess M6x15/20.
