Title: Any idea where this goes?

I have a spring left over after putting my K100 back together. Looked in both my manuals and I can't for the life of me work out where it goes..... I reckon it's off some kind of linkage..

Any ideas anyone?

Spot on, thanks for that. Just put it back in situ. Bike passed MOT today, so now she is road legal and running  :riding:
