Title: K1100rs on ebay, what do you think?
Post by: k11pfc on August 24, 2011, 05:35:12 PM
Just toying with the idea of bidding, bit high on price though. Any thoughts? I'm not sure whether the low mileage is an advantage or not......http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170686134179?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170686134179?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649)

Looks very nice.  Low mileage is an advantage for sure.

Not sure on what pricing is over there but $4,000 USD seems reasonable for a very low mile bike.  Especially if it's been ridden at least once or twice in the past couple of years so you're sure that the fuel injectors haven't sat and clogged.

If you're interested then I'd go take a look/test ride in person.

Johnny would buy it.....

Geez I wouldn't be able to help myself at that price and it would only cost round $1200 to get it to Oz

Some people on other websites are questioning the routing of the front brake hoses, under mudguard, mine are the same, so I don't see a problem, also the fork finish, chrome?

Standard OEM front brake lines.  Non-issue.

Chrome forks - SE (special edition) - came from the factory that way.
