My ABS relay is missing. I don't know which one was there originally.
Here's the problem, there are 3 versions of this relay according to Realoem.com.
Does it matter which one I choose?
Other than being blue or black the difference is the price and one called a "ABS safety relay".
Please chime in if you have any help..... Thanks
see the attached photo and links.

Everything seems to be intact. (Sensors, modulators and ABS brain).
I did find the rear ABS sensor with a broken wire in the cable (which I repaired). After the repair, I tried the reset numerous times and that didn't work. The ABS brain is clean and has no water damage. I investigated further today and that's when I discovered the missing relay. I think one of the previous owners pulled the relay for whatever reason.
Bike is a 1992 K75S with the last 7 digits 0212025

If its only missing item #15 (the white socket) why are there 3 versions?

675 and 677 is shown in your picture, and doesn't fit the empty socket.
676 is the one you are missing.

Why is it that Hella doesn't recognize the part number 4RA 003 510 60 in their catalogue? I can't find any relevant information except in other K bike forums. I'm going in circles...... :neener:

Why that relay is missing from your bike is becoming apparent. There isn't a suitable and inexpensive replacement. Maybe Hella doesn't make them anymore and BMW has the market.
There are some less costly, maybe. There is this (http://www.2040-parts.com/bmw-safety-relay-abs-r1100rs-r1100rt-new-part-number-61-31-1-459-676-i293722/) and it seems to have the same catalog part number—categorized as a new used part, I think. :giggles motobinsuk has one, too.

Why are there so many cross reference compatibles for BMW-61311459676 listed here this (http://infopart.org/bmw-61311459676-part) and none are 60A as Inge refers to in a previous response.

I'm also wondering if there are more unserviceable parts in the ABS system (also a reason the relay could be missing).
My other issue is the over priced shipping if I order from the USA.
All I ask is a foam wrap and a bubble mailer as that will save costs to ship to Canada. Probably less than $10US.

That's a question maybe only Inge can answer.
What have you come up for with cost including shipping? MaxBMW works with UPS. I'd prefer US mail; it'd be much cheaper for me. These outfits sometimes choose shippers based on accommodations the shipper will make for them—both in price and in service. What you and I prefer doesn't enter the picture, usually. Begging might work if you've had success in that realm previously. In India, it's a trade.

Problem solved. Installed used Hella 4RA 003 510 60, reset the ABS brain, took a test drive and everything is working. ABS light is not flashing and the system works as it should.
Reasonably priced Hella 4RA 003 510 60.
Thanks to Stuman.
