Title: Tip over bars or case saver bars pictorial
Post by: Bill on April 23, 2016, 08:27:15 PM
Does anyone have a link to a pictorial and required parts for installing these bars ?  I have a pair that came with my parts bike purchase along with a freshly painted fairing.  Makes sense to install them now.

The fairing that came off had suffered at least 2 if not 3 repairs from impact .... seems like cheap insurance.

One set black, one set chrome as shown in pictorial.  Have seen a picture of a K police model with frame mounted bars about mid seat area though,  Is that what you are looking for ?

They are not worth much as the rubber mounting of the lower bar mounts breaks with little force.

I think so, like the crash bars on modern BMW police bikes. I don't think the K75RTP had them but like a new R1200RTP does
