I purchased some Crash-bars as you call them on Ebay.

I bought these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/161980144278
it includes both left and right sides. But thats it. No mounting stuff.

I have just about all that you will need. Email me and we can talk and figure out what you are lacking.
-
I'd say you need everything in the diagram except part 19. I'm not even sure what that is.

The ad seems to indicate that only the left side bar is for sale, but I suppose you've verified with the seller that you're getting both sides.

It was much more money but I was able to lower the price since nobody bought it. I've already received them in the mail.

The bars I put on my RT needed #19 in order to properly go through the openings in the fairing.
