Title: BMW K75C 1985 1061 K's
Post by: Martin on February 29, 2016, 06:39:06 PM
Just saw this on Ebay OZ $9999.00 Au in Kirrawee NSW, still has original tyres, but is supplied with a new set. Hard to believe somebody would put it into storage at 1061 K's, I would love to know why?
Regards Martin

Hard to believe somebody would buy it at price, too, unless the new  tires were really special.

You know, the back story on that bike would be very interesting.Maybe you could get the all-powerful Supreme Czar of Motobrick.com to give you press credentials as a Foreign Correspondent to do an investigative reporting story on that bike. Who bought it? Why was it stored? What happened to the owner? Inquiring minds want to know!

Any Brickers south of Sydney want to check it out, we are really interested in the story. Laitch radial with solid gold ply, and you should be able to get at least three reasonable ones for that price.
Regards Martin.

Reminds me...I'm a Chris Craft fan and follow a forum for class fiberglass cruisers. For whatever reason exactly there's one from the '70s, brand new, that's been sitting in the Libyan desert since then. Like an out of place artifact
