Hello, Yes I still have it. I live in Old Orchard Beach Maine. The price of the turbo system alone for this bike is more than I'm asking. I have recent pics if you would like to see it. Give me an email to send pics to. I have replaced the tires, they are brand new,  I have replaced the clutch cable , it does need a tune up. It had bad gas when I got it the gas was orange, I drained it out and put new in. I replaced the spark plugs and wires, and replaced the rear brake hose. The bike is a 2 valve and it has about 67,000 on it. "( some of these pics were a work in progress and not the finished product)", It not perfect, but for an 87 turbo k100rs it's one hell of a bike! and you wont find another at this price. The seasons almost here and I might keep it if I don't sell it soon. Have a great day , Silvtgr38. "(I might trade it for a street legal VW dune buggy if it's built right.)" Call me at 207-423-6855 I live in Maine and please no scammers, and no I don't need help selling it, and my price is fair for this unicorn. have a great day and moto on>>>>>>

Slightly ratty bodywork yet a turbo on there... Sounds like my kinda bike! Sorry i don't have the funds though... One question though, those panels closing the gap between seat and fairing, wouldn't that be a sure fire way to overheat a turbo hothead?

Those panels were called "K Guards." They were sold cut to fit each individual bike. They were very effective in keeping heat off of the rider. Sadly, they are no longer made. No experience with a turbo, but the airflow was directed past the rider with no loss of cooling effort. They cost $100. back in the 80's, but were worth every penny. The aux. outlet and the alarm key switch had to be extended and the alarm key switch was drilled in where you wanted it.

Thanks. Never saw those before, wouldn't mind never seeing them again as i don't like the look of them but if one has a heat issue with the K-bike this could be a solution as you state they do work... Learned a bit more today [emoji2]
