Title: RAM ball - best spot on K75s?
Post by: Scud on November 08, 2015, 12:39:10 PM
Where have you found a good spot for a RAM ball on a K75s? There's not any open handlebar. To get myself home during my recent fly-and-ride, I removed the dash pad and cable cover, installed a U-bracket and it worked fine. However, I'd prefer to put the cable cover back on - and can't do so with the ball there.

So... how have others solved this little puzzle? Pics appreciated.

Here's what I did:

Thanks for the link. I just looked at the bike again (now that I have it in my garage with access to plenty of tools. With those ideas, I think I'll be able to get something sorted out.

But a new pair of bar-end mirrors would open two mirror post holes...... and my LH mirror is floppy. I didn't see a way to tighten the mirror (round part) to the stem. Do you happen to know if that can be adjusted?
