When I had a total charging failure on my '96 K1100LT 1500 miles from home, Mountain Motorrad in Flagstaff Arizona dropped everything to get me back on the road. Details are in another post; suffice it to say I was thrilled that they got me back to vacationing in half a day. :clap:
