If you're converting the bike from a touring bar to a C-bar, the bike's current dash pad should work, at least it worked when I did the same change on my K75. If the conversion is from a stock S-bar setup to C-bar then I think you'd need a different pad.

S to C.  If there is such a thing, I think a C dash pad would work. If not, I can make one.

In the K75/100 series, I think there are two choices in pads: S and the other one that fits C-bars and touring bars. Your S-bike should have a pad with a short cylindrical outlet on each side for the handlebar, ignition switch on left, accessory switch array horizontal at two o'clock on the pad. The other is rectangular, ignition switch centered above the accessory switch array, and mounted on metal tabs that raise it higher than the S-pad to accommodate the rise in the bars. C-bars and touring bars will fit that well.  It's part  32 71 2 303 554 at MaxBMW, diagram #32_0769 listed under "Steering".
