He doesn't go into the all the "minor" issues but that looks like a good price.  Front blinker lenses alone could go for $150/pair.  Gas tank, side panels, instruments, bodywork, Parabellum shield, mirrors, switches, bags, muffler, seat, crank and cam covers, etc all easily sold. Should come out ahead but it's a rough way to make a couple bucks and you're left with a pile of stuff.  I'd rather get the thing running and sell it for $2k.

I'd rather get it running too, but there's a lot of miles and if it hasn't been taken care of it could get pricey .
