Title: Turn signals/ flashers
Post by: Tuco on September 30, 2015, 01:48:21 AM
Turn signals and flashers quit working on the way home. I was stopped in a construction zone with the flashers on for about 1o min. Next thing I know none of it works. Fuse is good. What should I check next?

I wrote a similar response just last night. Read the first reply on this thread and hopefully it will help you out. Your bike and year are different though.

The flasher/turn signal module is fed from 2 fuses....check them both.

#3 direct battery power, and #7 switched ignition power.

Big "Thanks" to you Scott. I checked the #7 fuse and it was blown. I'd never would had thought the two were related. You saved me a ton of work, I was ready to pull the tank and start checking grounds, etc.
Thanks Again !!!!!!!
