It's gotta be worth $600 just in parts. I mean, an extra set of wheels is always nice when it comes time to change tires.

You'll be able to sell the luggage and saddle quickly if they're in good shape.

think it would be worth fixing? would the wheels fit my '92 K75S?

Looks like the fork off an 85 k100.  could be a rebuild, at 150k probably lots wrong besides the oil/water pump.  I'd but it to part out, wheels should fit a K75 I think.
