Title: Is there staight bladed front brake lever available for non ABS K75?
Post by: jimb. on June 17, 2015, 11:05:10 AM
I would like to change out the front brake lever on my non ABS K75S for one that is like the straight bladed clutch lever like the one in the picture. The front brake lever that's installed is curved (see picture). The brake lever that's listed as the standard one matches the one that's on the bike.
Does someone know if there is a lever available that has the staight blade like the clutch side? If there is such a lever, and you know the part number, or have one for sale, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks

hi, found this on Max, maybe this is the one you're looking for.

32 72 1 451 739    HAND LEVER RIGHT
This lever is for people with big hands. Standard

32 72 1 457 058    HAND LEVER, BLACK, RIGHT
This lever is for people with smaller than normal hands. NOT standard

Thank you for the suggestion. I did purchase the lever with the part number ending 739. It turned out to be the same as the one I already had. Max is considering putting up a picture of the "739" brake lever to prevent others from confusing the "big hand, standard"  lever for one that looks like the clutch lever.

Interestingly, when I bought my bike it had a clutch lever on it that was the same design as the brake lever which is the curved design. There isn't any mention of the curved clutch lever on any K-bike micro fiche I've seen and I find that curious.
