My name is Alex and I bought a K75 1990 last year. It's been sitting for 4 years with the previous owner and i started working on it in march. I/m looking to make it in a cafe racer. I'll put some photos in a few minutes. Today when i put the battery back on it I found that the bike wants to start on it's own without the key even. The electromotor keeps turning but i don't hear the fuel pump working . So although it's wants to start it doesn't. What to look for ? what might be the problem ?

Probably a stuck starter relay caused by a weak battery.

Fully charging the battery will solve the issue ? Or do I need to take further action ? take it down ... clean it ... replace it ... look for new one ?

If it's a stuck starter relay you can try tapping/whacking the relay with a tool and maybe it will un-stick. Once they stick, they are more prone to stick in the future, even with a good battery.
You can replace the relay (they're not cheap) and be careful to use a good battery with good electrical connections.
I have disassembled relays and sanded the previously stuck connections so they'll be less likely to stick. One is in my bike now.

Sorted out the relay now strugling with the running light staying on during bike being off and turnin off when bike is on.
Also I am lookin for a pair of new radial tyres . Open to sugestions

Just starting my own K75 project. Couple questions, if you don't mind.
What headlight assembly did you use?
What strap-ons/grips?
What plans do you have for instruments/gauges?
