So tonight I went and pulled the old injectors out. I was getting a bit of hesitation and throttle lag, along with some..not difficult but multi try starts. With the new injectors in (Napa Part number: 2-18066) the bike starts immediately and rides smoother and seemingly faster than with the old ones. The only thing I noticed is that at idle, it is now idling right around 1100-1200 instead of the 1000rpms it was before. Also, when I hit the start button while the engine was on prior to the swap it would richen the mixture (to right about what it's idling at now) and now it does nothing.
Are either of these things, something to be concerned with?

If the RPMs don't vary, it indicates that the bypass on the AFM is correctly set. See http://skylands.ibmwr.org/tom/tech/co-setting.html
To address your high idle, he best idea is to follow the guidance in the K-wiki (http://technik.flyingbrick.de/index.php?title=13_Kraftstoffaufbereitung). This involves doing a check of valve clearances, check for air leaks, TB sync, set TPS so that you eliminate any other variables that could be causing your high idle.

Oh cool. So that starter button is a good deal.
I will go through that guide tomorrow assuming I have the tools. I have a feeling these injectors have a slightly higher flow rate than stock which may explain the high idle. So long as I can shift into first without a grind I'm okay with it.

AFAIK When you press the start button the RPM should rise 100-200rpm and then return to idle when you let go of the button.
