Title: "New" Guy from Maine with a brick
Post by: mejetski2000 on March 15, 2015, 06:16:24 PM
Just checking in, seems like more brick-related info here than IBMW now. I've owned my 1990 K75S for about 18 years now (wife made me buy it). I believe we'll be keeping it for a bit longer...

Greetings, Maine.

I  might ride out to visit my ma in Auburn this May or June if the snow is gone by then. I'll ask you for some ME road recommendations should that happen.

My fiancee wanted me to get a bike so I got my K75C. When a significant other tells you to do something, it's best to do it, especially when it comes to acquiring more toys

My wife bought me a trial glider flight a while back.  Last Friday I flew my first solo.  I know when not to argue.

Greetings, Maine.

Tim consider a trip to NH via Kankamangus Highway and back down thru Crawford Notch a must-do ride. North of Auburn I'd hit Rt. 26 and go up to Bethel and/or Moosehaed Lake Region. The NH ride back thru Crawford Notch is twisty, hilly and scenic. Bethel a bit more sedate but still nice. Plenty to look at either way, but the Kank is my fav by far.
