Hey guys-
I need a new shock on my 87 k75...It's leaking oil all over the place. I assume it's just done for.
Willing to spend $300-400 on a new one. I've been browsing the forums and found the names of good ones but can't find a place to buy them online.
Anyone just want to link me to buy a shock in that price range with easy shipping to california? I'll just pull the trigger. Thanks!

You can get the Progressive 412 pretty cheap on ebay. Despite what others have said Progressive can rebuild them (mine is being carried back from them via UPS)

Thanks dude!
Imma just buy this one:

I've rear they're not considered to be the best shock, but they're not bad, and are cost effective. I just checked again as there was a rebuild Works shock on ebay in the past couple weeks for $265 or so but it isn't listed anymore.

In that case, only the best for my bike please ;)
but uh less than 400 :D

There's the Progressive 465 if you feel like spending more money. I'm not sure how it compares to the 412 though

Another $150 would get you a Works shock for K75/100 Series with Triple-Rate Springs (TRS), Adjustable Rate Suspension (ARS) and Remote reservoir (Rez). K1 version available without Remote reservoir (Rez) .
I just bought one for whe I convert from mono to para lever rear.
I use the bike for solo and riding w/the missus so wanted the adjustments/range.

I bought the 435 off
amazon for $357. It hasn't arrived yet.
