Hi again and again.
I got stuck in following: do not know how to take out throttle sensor 13631273265 as I want dismantle all for soda blasting. I did unscrew two bolts and it spins but do not know if I should use a force to take it out or I'm stupid and miss something???? Or both :hehehe

The switch housing is just pushed on to the throttle shaft, pull straight rearwards.
As you say you can spin the housing around, then it's sounds like the actuator arm for the switches is broken.
You should only be able to turn it bit less than 90o from one end of the travel to the other.

Sure, language mistake. I could spin in only 90 degrees as you said. Will use extra force to pull it out :2thumbup:
Just one more question to you because I,m learning everyday about my brick (looks like on the pics now and goes for glass blasting): from time to time I got a drop of oil or oily residues surrounding the hole under oil/water pump. Now, I'm looking through out youtube and other the good explanation of how to replace sealants in there. But nothing very clear to me. Now I'm asking myself if I should touch it as the leakage is not very flustartion, but from the other hand will not stop itself. Also the sealants prices are not very cheap espaecially for waterpump. I also have doubt which shaft is in there and if I'll have to replace it as well? On the edges of the covers I see residues from grey silicone or similar, so looks like someone already put the fingers inside for some reason. Brick is 100.000 km confirmed. Any suggestions?

About the water/oil pump shaft; if you have the genuine for your model with a nut instead of a screw
at the impeller it is a good idea to change the shft as the threaded part often breaks when being
thightened for the second or third time.
Next is to check that it isn't corrosion at the surface for seals.
You also find some info over at IBMWR about changing the seals.

Don't be afraid, or surprised with silicone or other "form-a-gasket" material, as some covers are only sealed this way. IE...no formed material gasket.
Just beware, with the water pump install to the block, there is a small oil port that is very, very easy to plug up with the liquid gasket material. There is a picture of it floating around, if I can find it I'll post it up.

About the use of sealant on the pump metal to metal surfaces I have tried a lot of different which all
have started to leak after a while, ended up with Permatex black RTV.....problem solved.
The picture which Scott don't find is attached...have posted this a lot of times...use copy & save, Scott.

Thanks. I was already aware about that pin hole. Found also the Permatex in my country supisingly cheap. Now will have to collect all neccesary sealants but first of all need to look inside what type of pump I do have.

I just repainted the water pump cover on my K75 and resealed it with Blue Permatex. Didn't know about that hole. Is there a danger of plugging it if all I did was remove the water pump cover? I didn't disturb the pump itself.

This hole isn't behind the wp cover, but behind the pump body and between the engine block and oil sump.
