Yep,
been there done that ............... back fits straight on as per 5 spoke wobbly, but you WILL need the specific R1100GS caliper / disc.

Front requires special spindle making up using K1100 forks. Bizarrely this is a different spindle to the K1100S front wheel set up - tried both ! Use K1100 forks anyway if you swap wires / 5 spokes. Apart from slightly larger stanchions you get the benefit of the 4 pot Brembos.

I'm back to using the 5 Spokes as I'm now going more Streetfighter than Cafe Racer - might still fit strap-ons, undecided of Redditch

That video is cool.

I like how he torques everything by feel using hex wrenches.

Thx for help
Rear wheel:
So wheels from gs1150 are at home :)  it seems that  no modification on rear wheel is needed  maybe some spacer because of front wheel axle I will see later ...  ,  Iam going to use original brake disc with original caliper which is mounted on rear gear so Iam not following replacing of back gear cover as is on posted video anyway they are replacing wheels on k1100 not k100 and there are  some differences  ....
Front wheel:
As original forks are painted and are not at home, Iam not able to check it..., maybe I will try to check some forks from k1100 which are for sale to have better brakes ..

The swap to K1100 forks will not only give you better brakes [ 4 pot ], but the spindle [ axle ] mod is much simpler - see my drawing.

Rear is just a plant on - no dramas.

You don't have to replace the rear gear cover.

I put an R1150GS wire wheel on the back of my LT and changed the caliper to the GS unit.

The bolt pattern is the same.  All you have to do is take off some material from the bottom of the caliper carrier where it contacts the FD.  A few minutes with a grinder and it'll bolt right up.

This way you can use the GS wheel and Disk with no problem.

I like how he torques everything by feel using hex wrenches.

Having seen the way people drive over there, having everything bolted together correctly may be the least of his worries.

I tried this swap 6-7 years ago - so memory is a bit fuzzy.

Have you tried the caliper on the set up [ rear ] in your pic ?

Something reminds me the spoked will hit the K100 caliper and I think that's why I swapped to the R1100GS caliper and mount.

Hi there, I was wondering didsn't that affect the handling???  it looks like there is no space for a wider tire except if the rim is offset 2 cms to clear the swingarm.

Hi there, I was wondering didsn't that affect the handling??? .

As my cousin who has won awards for his cafe bikes told me when I asked a similar question:  "ha, you don't ride these bikes....!"
