Title: What years match '87 20 spline drive shaft?

I used to have a parts number reference but can't find the thing...
Anyone know what years will fit an '87 20 spline application?
I've seen a few used shafts that have a shorter looking pinion end tube for decent prices...
Don't want to buy a boat anchor though...

The 20 spline driveshaft was used from 02/86 and on.
