Well, I was out for a nice ride today. When about 30 miles and about 9 stoplight intersections from home, I thought my clutch cable broke. Without a clutch, I was able to ride it home. Upon further inspection, it looks like my clutch cable is fine, but my clutch LEVER has broken. Where in the US should I look for a clutch lever? Is there an after market lever? Will other year / model K bikes fit my 1992 K100rs?
thanks,
Tony P

Extra points for getting home with no clutch.
For a replacement lever, try Beemer Boneyard, and Ebay. To figure out what part numbers will fit your bike, use the fiche on MaxBMW's website.
And before you replace the lever, try to figure out why the old one broke. That's a strange one.
