Like the color!  That must be a repaint as I've never seen one that color.

Now is that Blairsville GA your nick references?

Welcome aboard.

oooh That's a nice one blairsville.  Nice repaint.  Whoever had it before you liked the bike. You can tell.  You've come to the right place if you have a K bike.

Nice trade! I'm envious to no end. I think the K1 is one of the coolest bikes ever made.

On short rides, it's fine.  i can speak to the fact as an owner for 5 years.  Ain't so good for long rides though.  in 2010 i did an Ironbutt 24 hour /2000 Km ride on mine, and rode back to Tokyo at my own pace over 5 days, with a big seat pack full of stuff.  The bike did very well the entire trip, and for a bike 18 years old at the time, you'd have thought it was new.  But on day 2, the position was driving me nutts.  It was my first long stint on it.  Regardless, it's still a super nice bike....it's a keeper.   The riding position is my only major gripe about it.  It's a K, so there are more gripes, but it's still a keeper IMHO.
