Title: Which are the final drive bolts and which are center stand? (pic included)

If i remember correctly, the clean ones are final drive and the greasy ones are center stand, anyone have input?

Yep. The shorter ones 40mm will be for the center stand and the longer ones 45mm will be for the final drive connection.
