Title: 95 K75 rear MC question
Post by: Motorhobo on November 04, 2013, 11:17:26 AM
Pardon me if I ask a lot of questions lately -- I've been saving them up for years.

On both of my K75s the little bracket (8) is there but seems to have no purpose because the tension spring (9) doesn't exist and to my memory never has. The bushings (10) aren't even listed as a part on the parts list on Bob's site.

Whassup with dat? Anybody know?

My spring connects to a protrusion on the center/sidestand assembly.

Get a spring.

Many time these parts fiche diagrams are model generic but the associated parts table is series specific. (searching with your bike vin is best)
What I guess I'm trying to say, just because there may be a part in a picture, if the part isn't listed in the component list then it's not used with the bike listed.

This little detail is mentioned on some of the sites in the fine print.
