Title: 95 K11, rebuilt R-Master cyln will not bleed fluid.
Post by: mawker on October 06, 2013, 11:27:09 AM
rebuilt the rear MC new w/new parts. Cleaned and soaked the cylinder before assembly, used compressed air to blow all MC passages clear, checked all lines from MC to calliper for blockages, none found. I tried to prime the MC by pumping a few times; nothing. Pulled a vacuum directly on the MC; no flow.

What gives ??

Any idea of a mistake made ??

ABS? I used a Mightyvac to pull fluid through my ABS equipped K bike

usually filling the rear brake makes no probs even with ABS
check the clearance MC-> Pedal - that´s important

`cause I did not want to waste endles hours for pumping anymore:

Might be helpfull

We´ve got some advises in the Wiki for using that system
