My 1993 k1100rs is apart and I'm working on refurbishing the FI system. The majority of the rubber hoses and associated bits are original - i.e. 20 years old. My concern today is the O rings that fit around the air adjustment needle valves. None of the rings in my Harbor Freight set will work. I don't know exactly what the size of the OEM ring is.
Has anyone else here replaced these rings? And idea of size or source?
Thanks Guys
Charlie

Hmmmm normally its easy to look up parts but if you and I are on the same page I'm stumped.
Lot of parts like bolts when you drill down to them in the online catalog it will reference the size. I just cant seem to find the catalog showing those O rings as a separate part.
I think your talking about "adjusting screw" Part # 20 on this diagram.

#20 is exactly the part. No separate O ring mentioned.
I'm thinking about doing a measurment on the ring size and looking it up on McMaster Carr. Then I'll have 96 extras.

So I measured the o ring size for the FI brass screws. 5.5mm ID, 1.0mm cross section. Ordered a pack of 25 from McMaster Carr today.
