Title: I broke the lock on my EMGO Travel Trunk
Post by: frankenduck on May 24, 2011, 10:19:09 AM
A couple of years ago I'd overstuffed my EMGO Travel Trunk one too many times and the locking flap on it broke so I had to keep it tied closed with some paracord for the rest of the ride.

Doh!

I like these because of the small size but they'll hold a FF helmet so they're great for running errands because you don't have to carry your gloves and helmet into the store.

When I got home I bought another one to replace it, not thinking about there being a repair kit because they don't cost much.

Then I stumbled across a lock replacement kit for it on Fleabay.  Good thing I stuffed the old one into a corner in the basement because it could be repaired. (Being a packrat pays off sometimes.)

Anyhow, the Emgo part number is 72-32442.
