Just took these off my new purchase. I don't need them.
They are aluminum and come with one long bolt. They use the original caps and both original shorter bolts. They move the bars 1.75" up and 1.5" back.
As you can see in the pictures below, it also moves the switch panel, but not the ignition.

When I put my barbacks on and had a big hole where the ignition was I installed a 12v power receptacle in the hole to power up accessories
