Title: How to handle TOLL BOOTHS

Thinking of new ways to handle TOLL BOOTHS with out avoiding them who has some great ideas?.

I suppose it depends on where you are panning to travel, and how often.

A lot of them are using electronic pay systems. EZ-Pass, Fas Trak, SunPass, Go-Pass, etc... Some states are looking at or are using a electronic pay system using an image of your license plate, called "Toll-By-Plate". They should all be a Pre-Paid basis system.

If you are already using one of the electronic systems in your car/truck, ask about using the transmitter when you are out on your bike. The reason I say ask, the fees for motorcycle can, or usually are cheaper than for the "registered" vehicle for that transmitter. Or ask about another transmitter for your bike that deducts from the same account.

Search it out and see what works for you. Personally I avoid toll roads when possible, but it's not always possible. To that end I try and keep some $ and change in my tank bag for easy access if needed for that.
