Hey guys new member here getting my K75S ready for a cross country trip. I have been replacing some of the fuel lines and found this tube on the lefthand side of the bike is starting to crack. Can anybody tell me what the part is and where I could find a new one it's size?

It's a Positive Crankcase Vent PCV (Breather) hose - http://www.beemerboneyard.com/11151460480.html (http://www.beemerboneyard.com/11151460480.html)

They seem to be nearly an annual service item.  I'm going to see if they can't be formed with silicone hose and last a lot longer.
