I have some parts to sell from a side car conversion done with about 17,000 miles on the bike.

was  this shock actually on a 1995 k1100lt??,I recieved it today and does not look right

Re the shock, other than the adjuster looking like it's been chromed or nickel plated, it looks like a factory issue.
I measured mine that came off of my '95LT and it's 15" center to center of the bolt holes.

Lance, thanks for the bar, came the other day fits perfect. Much better than the old one I had repaired a couple of years ago.

Thanks again -- no problem I am glad it works well for you. It came off the side car side and I will never use it.
