Title: stripped hub!

It appears one of my lug bolts was cross-threaded!  What to do????

Thinking of chasing it and hoping it's not too bad but I think I need a 13mm tap which I dont have. 

Can you chase these out, is 13mm the correct size?  Is the 'hub' removable? The microfiches are not that great.

The threads is metric fine M12 x 1,5.
