Post by: Chaos on March 11, 2013, 11:14:34 PM
1st I've heard of it.  Looks cool, if a little uncomfortable :yow http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/02/12/bmw-concept-motorcycle-is-headed-for-production/ (http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/02/12/bmw-concept-motorcycle-is-headed-for-production/)

Smart move, Motorrad. That's going to bring a lot of fresh faces with wallets into the dealerships.

BMW Motorrad + Roland Sands: Concept 90 Motorcycle

Looks like they'll issue a production version

It'll sell - big time - given the recent 'retro rage.'

Side note: The current issue of Classic Motorcycle Mechanics has an article on the K Bike as an 'emerging classic.' Check it out; B&N carries it.

So, I guess if I keep a hold of the ol' girl a bit longer she'll become a 'classic' and no more just a damned old bike.  :bmwsmile
