That is way cool!
But I hate the idea of being in a parking lot on the road and leaning your bike over and PRESSING DOWN, and assuming that you aren't about to drop your bike. Besides, if I'm in a fix where I need to mount a new tire, I expect I will be around a place that can break the bead and mount the tire. I don't carry spares, and I'm not an Iron Butt Rally kind of guy.

No, never done that. But there are lots of clever ways to break the bead. I think the tang on my K's centerstand would be too low to try that.
