Interesting. I've never seen those. Anyone know if they are effective?
To the extent that they mask the area behind the radiator and to the sides, it would seem like they would have the unintended consequence of reducing the airflow through the radiator, maybe causing overheating issues. Just wondering....

No, they won't cause overheating. Most of the heat is supposed to exit from the vents in the side panels on RS/RT/LT bikes.
Re-psycle always charges way too much IMO.
